GCC Experience preferred
Maintain & repair the control systems of the BMS controlling HVAC systems, pumps, Exhaust, Ventilation fan and other related BMS controlled systems.
Maintain & Install DDC (Direct Digital Control) controllers & the field devices (Dampers, sensors, DPS, actuators)
Maintain/install the cabling and the wiring devices related to the BMS system.
Should Knowledge about the Tac vista, Honeywell, Allen Bradley PLC System.
-ITI or Diploma Mechanical/MRAC/Electronics & electrical

Job Description : When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically includes:-
a. Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets. b. Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about recruitment / Executive Search purchases etc. c. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. d. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.e. Ready to travel globally and attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. h. Developing quotes and proposals, negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person. i. Coordinating with the team members to execute the deal. j. To keep healthy relationships with clients, this mostly requires socialization.
